AN ADDED VALUE
OpenPNP is an open-source system. There are cheaper machines that look similar to ours, but they are not. Guide rails, stepper motors, firmware and controller are not the same. Furthermore the biggest difference is the support we provide. The machines are shipped calibrated and configured. Then many videos are provided to learn how to operate the machines. When you buy a product you buy also a service. For the machines that look similar to ours there is no service provided by their manufacturer. We will assist you in case of need!
PROTOTYPE YOURSELF
How annoying is it to wait weeks for a prototype or to use tweezers to do it yourself? Finally you can easily prototype yourself, and all of this with ease. WITH EASEPRODUCE YOURSELF
You have customers, but you don't have the request of thousands of PCBs that would allow you to have a good deal with a factory. Well now with the PSE-3000 you can have a relatively small production setup in a very short time.IN SHORT TIMEPREMIUM SUPPORT
Yes, right! The price of the machine also includes all the videos, the didactic material and the support that you will receive when you buy a PicSoEasy Pick and Place machine. We receive requests of help from people who bought from other manufacturers, but because of the increasing workload we stopped to provide help for non PickSoEasy machines.100% SUPPORTEDEASY & FAST PLACEMENT WITH THE PSE-3000
CLIENTS TESTIMONIALS
After searching for a compact and robust OpenPNP compatible desktop pick and place for my workshop I was lucky enough to find the PickSoEasy PSE-3000. I actually discovered two companies that offered what at first appeared to be equivalent machines, but after communication with both it was very clear the PSE-3000 was the best option. Amazing video tutorials and fast customer support. Upon arrival the PSE-3000 was packaged professionally and I had it set up and assembled on my desk in only a few minutes. I then went from never having used OpenPNP to reliably placing 0402 resistors in about four hours! This machine gives you the best of both worlds: a tried-and-true motion platform with firmware fully compatible with OpenPNP.

I have been using the PickSoEasy PSE-20 for 3 years. It gives me the capability to assemble nearly any engineering prototype the same day the bare boards arrive. It is much faster than hand soldering SMT parts, handles tiny parts with no effort (unlike tweezers), and the reflowed solder joints have a much lower defect rate than hand-soldered assemblies. The dual-camera setup is an absolute “must have” in my opinion to accurately place large leadless parts and SMT connectors. This device has more features at a significantly lower price than any product on the market, by far. I consider the fully manual nature to be a benefit because there is zero setup or programming time, just dive in and start placing. It gives great capability for its price.

I own 2 PickSoEasy machines: a PSE-20-AV and a PSE-3000. The first is my best companion for prototyping. I just turn on the monitor and I start to assemble my PCB. I use some microcontrollers, so with tweezers or simple suction pen, the job would have been impossible. Once my prototype is nailed, then the PSE-3000 will take care of my humble production. Getting the hold of openPNP was quite hard in the beginning. Here Maurizio's videos were of great help. They are well done and they explain the openPNP system in detail. I was guided by them to my first placements. Then when I had questions the reply was fast. Another plus is that I didn't have to calibrate or assemble anything. I could use it out of the box.
Thanks Maurizio.

I assembled the prototype PCBs of the UHK 80, our new flagship split keyboard, with the PickSoEasy PSE-20-USB-2M. It's an excellent tool that I not only rely on but thoroughly enjoy using, and with Maurizio's exceptional support, it offers unmatched value.
